Assessment Services
IPMG’s Assessment Services are the most accurate you will find. Because two identical devices can have completely different operating parameters extrapolating information does not give you an accurate picture of device performance and will likely result in hiccups when changes are implemented. IPMG looks at all departments separately to fully understand their work flow and requirements. Each and every device in your fleet is recorded for identification and measured for utilization efficiency, hydro consumption, landfill contribution, paper usage and total cost of ownership.
Your Assessment Report tells you exactly where you stand with each and every department and ensures that the design of any new fleet addresses specific needs of end users.

Greening IT
One may not immediately think of a print strategy as something that can have a positive effect on the environment. However when a fleet is assessed for volume metrics it is also a good time to gain an understanding of how much paper is being consumed, how much power is being used and how much e-waste is going to landfill.
An opportunity exists for many organizations to reduce paper consumption by 20%, power usage by 50% and e-waste by up to 90%.
An IPMG print strategy includes best practice guides and policies that help your organization improve performance in this very important area and while many IPMG clients have been quite surprised at their environmental impacts they have also been delighted to improve in these areas when implementing an IPMG print strategy.
