Jan Kaminski
Director
Jan Kaminski has a track record of building successful companies. Jan was the President and CEO of Ionalytics Corporation, a start-up company which built analytical instruments used to accelerate the drug discovery and development process. He guided Ionalytics’ transition from research to product orientation and led the company through a sale to Thermo Electron. Jan’s previous venture-backed experience was with FastLane Technologies. As President and CEO, Jan built a global sales and support infrastructure which grew to over 1,000 corporate customers. He subsequently led FastLane to a successful sale and integration with Quest Software.

Jan serves on the Board of Directors of Manderley Turf Products, Got Corporation and DNA Genotek. He also served on the Board of Whitehill Technologies and the Commercialization Committee of the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. Jan Kaminski holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and a mechanical engineering degree from Queens University.




Gary Burns
Director of Finance
Gary directs all financial aspects of IPMG. His 30 years of experience in financial management started with positions at Ernst and Young, London and Peat Marwick Thorne, Ottawa (Partner). Gary then moved on to play key financial roles with Advanced Business Solutions Ltd, Ottawa Sports Clinic Ltd, Bridgehead Inc and TMSI Management Services Inc.

Gary was also the lead financial advisor on the five person team that successfully landed the Ottawa Senators NHL franchise in Ottawa.

Gary has served on the board of directors for the Central Volunteer Bureau of Canada and Salus Corporation




Kieran Whitehead
President–Senior Partner
Kieran Whitehead has spent almost twenty years working in the imaging industry for Canon Canada and Pitney Bowes Canada. His career has
included a varied number of positions allowing him to gain a wide scope of experience of the imaging industry. Kieran’s participation in the National Account Program, working with clients in large enterprise accounts and the Federal Government, has brought a greater understanding of the varied
needs of accounts of this size.

Kieran’s experience in all aspects of this industry has made him fluent in the assessment, design, acquisition, integration, maintenance, financing and administration of any sized fleet of imaging equipment.

Bruce Farrant
Chief Operating Officer
Bruce founded The More Group (TMG) in 1999 before merging with Digital Print Strategies in 2004 to form IPMG Inc.  Bruce has worked in the office the technology industry for 17 years prior to founding TMG where he held a variety of positions, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the largest manufacturer of multifunctional/copiers in the world.

Bruce has been involved with all projects conducted by IPMG and TMG for their clients. This has provided a broad foundation of experience and skills which benefits all of our clients.Bruce has developed all processes and methodologies utilized by IPMG. These processes are adjusted on a go forward basis as we work on a continuous improvement model.
